Job Description

Point of Contact between the recruitment team and the end client
Ensuring smooth coordination for quick closure on the open positions and meeting the business deadlines.
Responsible for coordination between all the stakeholders.
End to-End recruitment sourcing short listing scheduling follow up till joining.
Work closely with recruitment team to ensure interviews, selection, offer rollout and onboarding.
Should be able to understand IT terminology, preferably have worked on IT Recruitment.
Effectively communicate client needs to project team
Self-motivated and proactive.
Excellent communicator; both written and spoken
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment

Salary 1 Lac 50 Thousand To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
