Terms and Conditions (Resume Writing)

• In case necessary inputs required by us for commencing the services are not received by us within 30 days of the payment, the order shall stand cancelled and any amounts paid shall be appropriated.
• The candidate subscribing to resume writing service (subscriber) will provide all the information/data to Vinclo Systems, it would be deemed accepted  that all the information is accurate and correct as candidate himself provides that infomration.
• The subscriber shall give reasonable time as per the service selected to Vinclo Systems for understanding of his experience, coordination and resume writing.
• The subscriber must respond to the queries raised (sent by email) by Vinclo Systems within 7 days of such a query being raised failing which, Vinclo Systems shall stand absolved of all its obligation, if any.
• The subscription amount once paid for by the subscribers is not refundable and all amount(s) paid on behalf of the subscriber shall stand appropriated.
• The liability, if any, of Vinclo Systems is limited to the extent of the amount paid by the subscriber.
• Vinclo Systems offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume is written and used by the subscriber to apply for jobs.
• Vinclo Systems shall not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by subscriber due to reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond Vinclo System’s reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.
• Vinclo Systems reserves the rights to employ 3rd party, freelancers or professional service providers to deliver on the resume writing services at its own discretion.
• Vinclo Systems reserves its right to reject any services as ordered by the subscriber without assigning any reason, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, shall be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of Vinclo Systems.
• Vinclo Systems will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber.
• This subscription is not transferable i.e. it is for the same person throughout the period of subscription.
• The preferred mode of communication with the subscriber would be through email and phone.
• The subscriber of resume writing services  cannot claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over documents or information exchanged with Vinclo Systems including the final resume. The resume is made for the subscriber to reflect the experience and professional journey however template is owned by Vinclo Systems.
• Content and Images( Visuals) in visual resume are provided by Subscriber until it’s a generic info graphic available in public domain for usage. Vinclo Systems disclaims all warranties against infringement.
• The Resume writing subscription does not warrant subscriber to claim any sort of job confirmation or job assurance. This service is purely to help the subscriber with professional articulation and documentation of subscriber’s experience and skills.
• Subscriber understand that in any case, if there is any conflict or dissatisfaction with the services or expectation mismatch , the maximum settlement could be up-to the amount paid by subscriber to Vinclo Systems.
• Subscriber understands that if any conflict is not resolved by wither parties then party can enagage in legal resolution at the cost of the party [ subscriber or Vinclo Systems] who intends to initiate the legal process. Such party shall bear all the expenses for both side & court has to be Gurugram location.
• Subscriber can not use Vinclo Systems branding without a written approval.
• Subscriber shall engage with resume writing manager who would be officially assigned by Vinclo Systems. In case of any doubt, you are advised to check the details and get confirmation from Vinclo Systems before engaging with any other 3rd party on behalf of Vinclo Systems.
• The final resume deliverable is via email and no hard copies for the same would be provided by Vinclo Systems.
